PCC Privacy Policy

Operator: Procreant LLC
Effective date: August 31, 2026

Files PCC accesses

With Android permission, PCC can review photos and videos that the user allows Android to share with PCC. When a user chooses a folder through Android's system file picker, PCC can review accessible files in that selected folder.

PCC is designed not to upload users' photo, video, document or filename contents to Procreant for cleaning or classification.

PCC Pro licensing

PCC Pro is designed to use Google Play Billing and a Procreant licensing service to validate a lifetime purchase and enforce the stated one-active-device license. The service may receive a Google Play purchase token, a randomly generated PCC installation identifier, app/product identifiers, app version, platform and license-status timestamps.

PCC does not use IMEI, device serial number, MAC address, phone number or advertising ID as its PCC Pro installation identifier.

Internet use

The cleaning engine operates locally. PCC uses Internet connectivity for Google Play purchasing, PCC Pro licensing/transfer, and any other service specifically disclosed in this policy.

Beta feedback

Beta versions may provide a feedback screen. PCC does not automatically transmit a tester report. The user reviews the generated report and chooses a third-party Android sharing app. Optional technical details may include PCC version, device manufacturer/model, Android version, aggregate storage figures and aggregate scan counts. PCC does not automatically add filenames or file contents to the report.

Advertising and analytics

PCC is designed without an advertising SDK and without a general analytics SDK.

Data sharing

Procreant does not sell PCC user data to advertisers. Google Play and any third-party app the user intentionally selects for sharing feedback operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Security

Production PCC licensing traffic is intended to use encrypted HTTPS connections. Procreant seeks to minimize the information stored for licensing and support.

User choices

Users can change PCC's photo/video permissions in Android settings and control folder access through Android's system picker.

Children

PCC is not designed or marketed as a children's app. The initial Google Play target audience is intended to be adults.

Changes

This policy may be updated as PCC features, Procreant's operating structure or legal requirements change.
